While out on our successful “Fading Belief” tour, ND and The Dark Clan started mulling the possibility of a joint release. We had ideas for a split single, for remixes, stuff like that, but we eventually settled on a rather novel approach – a collaborative track, and then we each cover one of each other’s songs.
The result of that is available now, for FREE,at nulldevice.bandcamp.com – the “Fading Belief” single. The title track is an epic bit of orchestral world-pop, with armies of vocalists and huge percussion. The Dark Clan offers up their indie-rock twist on our post-dubstep ballad “Breathe You In”, and we turn in a cinematic breakbeat version of their power-punk “Wait. Stop.”
All in all, we think it’s pretty great. And FREE!
